Gift Vouchers

​

• Your Inkluvv Gift Voucher can be used to purchase any product or treatment from our clinic. You must present your Gift Voucher when paying for treatments or products. 

• Your Gift Voucher should be treated as cash and as such we are unable to replace it if it is lost, stolen or defaced.

• Your Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Your Gift Voucher has an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be used without exception. We advise you to book at least one month in advance to ensure an appointment is available.

• Any remaining balance will be transferred to a new Gift Voucher with the same expiry date. No change will be given.

• All refunds of goods or services purchased with a Gift Voucher will be made in accordance with our current refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Inkluvv reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, where it is considered reasonable and necessary to do so.

Double Your Money Gift Cards (DYM)

 

• DYM Gift Cards can only be used for treatments, not for retail products.

• DYM Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or for any reduced price treatments. 

• DYM Gift Cards can only be used within the time period stated on the Gift Card. The Gift card becomes invalid thereafter.

• Expired DYM Gift Cards cannot be used without exception. We advise you to book at least one month in advance to ensure an appointment is available.

• DYM Gift Cards cannot be used for any treatments that require a private prescription, ie, anti-wrinkle injections.

• DYM Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations

​

• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule without 48 hours notice (Excluding Sundays and bank holidays) will result in a 50% fee automatically being taken from your Gift Card. 

 

Missed Appointments & No Shows

​

• The full treatment price will be taken from your Gift Card if you do not show up for your appointment.

• If you anticipate you will be more than 20 minutes late, please telephone 07736 451999 asap as we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In these circumstances, the treatment price will automatically be taken from your Gift Card.
