​One-to-One Nail Mentoring In Your Own Salon

If you’re looking for real, hands-on support to help build your skills and confidence, my Nail Mentoring Shadow Days are the perfect next step after training.

I’ll visit you in your own salon or workspace and spend the day mentoring you in a real-life setting, giving you personalised guidance, honest feedback, and practical tips to help you grow as a nail professional.

This isn’t classroom training, it’s real-world mentoring designed around you, your clients, and your goals.

Whether you’re struggling with technique, shaping, timings, or client management, I’ll be right there beside you to help refine your skills and boost your confidence.

A Nail Shadow Day gives you focused one-to-one attention, tailored support, and expert insight to help you become the nail tech you’ve always wanted to be.

How It Works

Once you’ve booked your shadow day, we’ll arrange a quick pre-call to discuss your goals and what you’d most like to work on. I’ll then travel to your salon or workspace to spend a full day with you, observing your real clients and offering guidance throughout.

You’ll get:

• Live feedback and hands-on advice during client appointments

• Technique tweaks to help improve speed and consistency

• Support with photography, marketing, or client communication (if desired)

• A written follow-up summary with key pointers and next steps.

Areas Covered

I cover Essex, Suffolk and surrounding areas.

If you’re further away, travel can be arranged for an additional fee.

Duration & Price

Full Day (6 hours): £350
Includes pre-call consultation, in-person mentoring, travel within 50 miles of Braintree, and post-day summary.

Half-day or additional team sessions are available on request.​

A small deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to your session.

It’s best to have a couple of models booked in so I can watch and guide you through your treatments.
